Pictured below are two highly sought after vintage Oscar Magnusson oblique penholders from my collection. They are made of wood with steel flanges and Ivory Inlays. These holders are extremely slender. The steel flange was set to accept Gillott 604EF/Musselman's Perfection nibs:
